How to Start and Registered The Businesses.

 Business:

            Any legal activity which anybody starts for the purpose of earning profit is called business.

according to an expert, if somebody wants to start his business, his first and main preference should be to earn a profit.

But the condition is that business should be legal if it is not then it will be considered not a business.

There are different types of Business-like.

  • Sole proprietorship
  • Partnership
  • Public limited company
  • private limited company
Sole proprietorship:
                               It is a business that runs it only a single person who is responsible for all profit and loss, buying and selling, customer dealings, decision making, etc.
He is also responsible for profit and loss.
The sole proprietor arranges his investment from his pocket or receives a loan from the bank against deposit securities.
Normally those people who have less investment start a sole proprietorship business.
In a lot of countries single types of business, you can start without legal requirements because such kind of business starts with low investment like vegetables, fruits, shoemaker,  small grocery shops, etc.
Such kind of businesses the Government support and also give them benefits, because.

Partnership:
                    A partnership is a business that runs two or more people but not more than 20 people it is called a partnership business.
such kinds of businesses should be registered under Govt. act.
In Pakistan partnership act-1932

Public Limited Company:
                                        Such types of business should be listed under the companies ordinance
such company registered under companies ordinance-1984 in Pakistan.
such companies issue shares directly to the public due to this reason it is called public limited co.

Private Limited company:
                                       the private limited company also the same but the difference only that public company issues their shares to the public but private did not do this.
